Jewelry should always be removed during naps, at bedtime and during rides in the car. Again, any jewelry or accessories from Farrah’s Kids! Boutique/F.L.A. Creative Group, LLC should be worn ONLY WITH ADULT SUPERVISION. When purchasing from Farrah’s Kids! Boutique/F.L.A. Creative Group, LLC, you acknowledge full responsibility. Farrah’s Kids! Boutique/F.L.A. Creative Group, LLC no liability for injury, or worse, Supervision is required.
All major credit cards are accepted. Full payment is due for all products when order is placed.
Florida state sales tax of 7% will be applied to all orders in Florida.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
ALL SALES ARE FINAL! If your item was damaged during shipping. We will be more than happy to fix or exchange the item within 7 days of receiving product. Please contact us immediately, if you receive a defective/damaged product.
Once returned merchandise is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Order Processing & Shipping
Our order processing time (time from when the order is placed to when it ships out) takes 1-4 business days depending on the volume of orders being filled. (excluding weekends, scheduled closings, and national holidays).
If you need an order by a certain date, please contact us before placing your order and we can help you choose the best shipping option. Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday only. All our times listed in “Business Days” include Monday-Friday only, i.e. an order placed on Friday and shipped on Monday has taken 1 business day to process.
Some of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer and may receive more than one package at different times.
Please allow 3-7 days for us to design, complete and ship any custom orders.
Domestic Shipping Methods
We typically ship through the United States Post Office. On some larger orders, your order may be shipped via UPS Ground, or Fed Ex. At checkout, you will be given shipping options depending on the weight of your order. If you place a very small order, you will be given the option of USPS First Class Mail, which takes 3-10 days for delivery. Otherwise, your options will be USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail. Shipping rates are calculated based on your order weight and destination.
If you choose Priority Mail, this typically takes 2-4 business days from the time the order is shipped. However, the Post Office doesn’t guarantee their delivery times.
If you choose Express Mail, this is our fastest shipping option. This is an overnight delivery service to most areas of the country, however, USPS doesn’t guarantee this either as certain parts of the country may take up to 2 days from the shipping date.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email at the email address entered during checkout. This email will show a breakdown of each item in your order and the tracking number will be listed next to the product. Typically, your entire order will be shipped in the same box. You can check your tracking number by entering it into the “Track and Confirm” box at www.USPS.com. Their tracking system may not update until the order is delivered, but sometimes, information may be available along the way. We apologize for the lack of information on their tracking system.
